1. About ON MARS
ON MARS is an online platform providing digital territories and business-profile listings on an interactive map.
2. Digital Territories
Territories are digital products within the ON MARS platform.
3. Business Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Users must not submit:
- False information
- Misleading information
- Impersonation
- Infringing content
- Illegal content
ON MARS may remove or restrict profiles violating these requirements.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments.
ON MARS does not store complete card details, UPI PINs or banking credentials.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
An order is considered completed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Territory Availability
Territories are available while shown as available on the website.
If a territory cannot be allocated after successful payment, ON MARS may cancel the order and issue a refund according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Business Profiles
ON MARS may review submitted business information before publication. We may reject, edit, suspend or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The ON MARS name, branding, website design, software and platform content belong to ON MARS or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they submit while allowing ON MARS to display that content as necessary to operate the platform.
8. Availability
We aim to keep ON MARS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be changed, updated or discontinued.
9. Prohibited Use
Users may not use ON MARS for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, abuse, malicious activity or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ON MARS is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
